I sent out a survey about noise levels on my floor and the majority of the residents that have responded so far talked about how loud and obnoxious one of my residents is.
She responded to the survey with two paragraphs about how unnecessary our quiet hours policy is and how stupid it is that the RAs keep writing her up.
